Our client a commercial cleaning business is looking for an experienced Contract Area Manager to support their cleaning contracts across Central London.
We are ideally looking for someone who has managerial experience with areas such as commerical and office cleaning, school cleaning, retail cleaning, or medical cleaning and have strong customer skills. You will need to hold a full valid UK manual driving licence. If you are looking for the next step up in your career, then this would be the perfect opportunity.
Main purpose of the Contract Area Manager:
To be responsible for the delivery of agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators on each contract ensuring exceptional services and strong development and relationships with clients. To lead, motivate and inspire a team of cleaning operatives on a multi-site portfolio, overseeing team performance, HR issues and the profit and loss for the contracts.
