Contact Centre Advisor – Out of Hours
Salary: £20,102 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week – shift patterns to meet business needs, including evenings & weekends. To be discussed at interview
Based in our Chelmsford Head Office, although currently able to work remotely
As a Contact Centre Advisor for ECL, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and members of the public. By providing exceptional customer service and a high level of crucial administrative support for all ECL services, you will be vital in ensuring we are the supplier of choice for Adult Health and Social Care.
Requirements to become a Contact Centre Advisor include:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the care sector
Experience of administrative work in an office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to deal with a variety of customer situations
Good IT skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
