Temporary Commissions Administrator, up to £16 per hour, 6 months, Hybrid Working Your new roleIn your new role you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of commissions to meet key payroll deadlines and support the business on any commission queries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Resolve day to day queries for commissions within SLA.
• Meeting strict deadlines for commissions submission to payroll.
• Review and process complex commission schemes on the system.
• Calculation of credits, arrangement and monitoring of repayment.
• Coordinate communication with Regional Directors, Senior Managers and Consultants to enforce policies and resolve queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with front office and the business, liaising closely with HR and Payroll.

What you’ll need to succeedIn order to be successful you will need:

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior members of staff across the business.
• Excel: Pivot and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent skills managing expectations to all stakeholders.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
