Reporting to the Commercial Strategy & Planning Director, EMEA, the key purpose of this role is to enable EMEA markets with commercial guidance, ideas, programs and tools to deliver cross-channel profitable growth. The role is responsible for both driving and supporting a customer-centric go-to-market approach covering all sales channels / omnichannel.
Key areas of responsibilities are commercialization of sales initiatives across channels, channel assortment strategy, gain & grow tools for all channels and ensuring commercial input in toolbox- and design processes as well as on revenue management and capability initiatives.
Another key element of this role is to collaborate with Amazon Sales Lead, EMEA and markets to ensure share and reapply of best practice in the eCom channel, as well as with global design team and multifunctional partners to support development of mid-term plans and provide input on needs and opportunities from markets.
This is an elevated position in the regional team and ideally suited to an experienced commercial manager with a proven track record in sales & marketing with digital and/or eCom experience, executing initiatives and leading change within the professional hairdressing industry. CS&P Associate director leads the sales channels (CS&P Managers within the CS&P team), recruits roles and supports the building of capabilities in the Region and the local markets. This role will rely on close collaboration with the Regional Marketing and Education teams to ensure a harmonized multi-functional tools and support is delivered to local markets.
