Category Manager – Indirects

Are you an experienced Indirect Category Manager, with strong indirects experience? Can you demonstrate experience within FM, Fleet or Logistics categories? How would you like to work within a collaborative and hard working procurement function? A Worcestershire based organisation are recruiting a Category Manager to focus on their indirects categories. The role is a hybrid role and will be a mix of office and home working. The purpose of the role is to develop sourcing strategies, develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate with suppliers and approve the ordering of goods and services. You will track and create KPIs, analyse data and perform risk management for contracts and agreements.In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Experience within an indirect procurement role with a focus on FM or Logistics categories
• Knowledge of sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong leadership skills
• A strong track record of delivering savings

In return, you will receive a salary of circa £60,000 to £70,000 dependent upon experience, plus car allowance and benefits.If you meet the above criteria, please do not hesitate to apply
