Job: Carpenter
Location: East London
Salary: 36,000 per annum
Type of Position: Temporary, Fulltime
Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

We are a housing association committed to providing high-quality housing solutions in East London, currently seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute carpentry tasks to maintain and repair properties within the housing association.
– Undertake installations, repairs, and maintenance of doors, windows, and other wooden structures.
– Work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Desired:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry.
– Relevant carpentry experience or qualifications.
– Completion of a relevant apprenticeship.

Preferred:
– Capability in other trades such as plumbing and electrics would be advantageous

Additional Requirements:
– Must possess a full UK driving licence.
– Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required
