Elevate are recruiting an Caretaker- Building Services and Maintenance role on behalf of one of our valued clients.

The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:

• Carrying out minor building works
• Health and Safety checks
• Working independently
• General duties
• Working across two building

The candidate will need to have:

• Previous experience of working historic and listed buildings
• Good communication
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Experienced in carrying our minor duties and building works that are essential

Candidates should have experiences of working as a Caretaker or similar position.
