Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Caretaker on a full time, permanent basis based in Thamesmead. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of circa £23,600 per annum. Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 – 15.30 Do you have a full UK manual driving licence? About the Caretaker role: As a Caretaker, you will be required to clean communal internal and external areas including, estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyard/garage/forecourt/shed areas, washing line enclosures, service roads, footpaths, walkways, playgrounds, flower beds, shrubbery and other communal parts as directed using appropriate supplied equipment. You’ll be responsible for the volume and standard of work across the site and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of Peabody estates and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.
