We seek an experienced Business Manager for our client’s main dealer site in the Scarborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Manager looking to progress from their current BM role. If you have experience in this role and are looking to move, it would be great to arrange a chat with you.

Business Manager Role:

– Managing and developing vehicle sales enquiries.

– Working closely with the Sales Executives and customers.

– Provide sound Financial/Insurance advice for the vehicles purchased by customers, keeping the FCA/FSA services at the forefront.

– Maximising sales and profitability.

– Second-facing customers.

– Provide ongoing training/tracking with staff.

Business Manager Requirements:

– Strong F&I knowledge and experience and proven to have led Sales teams in previous roles.

– Experience as a Business Manager from a car dealership or a Senior Sales Executive.

– Good understanding of finance

– Full UK driving licence

– Excellent customer service skills
