We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results driven Business Analyst to join our AS Tech team and support in the delivery of our ambitious growth plans.

Our Tech project road map is extensive, touching every part of the business, our colleagues day-to-day and our customer multi-channel experience. With that comes a role that is full of opportunity to truly make your mark.

You’ll be highly analytical with an ability to make objective and effective decisions underpinned by facts and data, with a proactive approach to risk and challenges. With a razor-sharp focus on delivering the best possible outcomes, adding value for the business and the customer. As the conduit for your projects, you’ll be an incredible communicator who can work collaboratively with teams across the business, building relationships with stakeholders to make a positive impact.

A bit about the role

• Act as a conduit and translator between the business and technical teams.
• Build close relationships within the business to support the achievement of our growth ambitions and department strategies
• Ensure relevant standard documentation and reporting is completed, such as business cases, requirements, specifications, RAID logs etc.
• Identify the appropriate methods for stakeholder engagement to facilitate and drive the gathering of functional and non-functional requirements, as-is and to-be processes.
• Work with suppliers, integration and testing teams to build work estimates.
• Use your expertise to assist in designing better outcomes, sooner, smoother and consistently.
• Spearheading the understanding of our as-is and designing the future of our business throughout, working collaboratively with people across the business.
• Work effectively within the business change team to deliver the company and department strategy, working closely with your Project Manager, Project Lead and with direct access to your Board-level Sponsor.
• Be an ambassador for the business and champion our Ann Summers brand values at all times.
• Lead and role model our brand and people values in my team and across the business.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as Business Analyst within the Tech space, ideally for the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure industry.
• An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder, establishing productive internal and external relationships.
• Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A person who cares about doing a great job and empower others with the quality of what they do.
• An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values.
