Bespoke Wellness Sales Project Manager Salary circa £20k basic + OTE 40-80k uncapped Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm. Flexible working considered to meet the needs of clients Aqualine Wellness are looking for an experienced Sales Project Manager, who demonstrates a positive attitude with an interest in health and wellness. Taking full responsibility for our bespoke sauna and steam room orders and responsible for maintaining our sales pipeline in our Odoo CRM system. Commission is based on the net profit of every bespoke installation. Are you an experienced sales/project manager who is a quick learner, self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision? Do you have a dedicated room at home with zero background noise and disturbance, plus a reliable broadband internet connection? Role Responsibilities The role requires a seasoned Sales Project Manager who can manage incoming calls and emails and help Aqualine s customers. Organise the installation and project management of bespoke saunas, steam rooms and other related products. To take control of a project from initial queries, quotation, receipt of order through to final commissioning and receipt of payment. Co-ordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and ensure availability and allocation. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques ensuring clients are kept up to date. Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders. This will be on an international level Perform risk management to minimise project risks. This will include ensuring all British and European standards and regulations are followed. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. This will be on an international level. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Meet with clients on site to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project needs. Identifying the right product for customers and upselling where appropriate. Taking customer orders and processing them. Maintaining the CRM system and workflow. Dealing with customer queries and incoming sales calls and emails. Positively promoting and selling the products that Aqualine offer to customers. Liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies to managing international shipments from overseas suppliers. Troubleshooting basic technical issues. Essential Skills & Experience Relevant and complimentary industry experience Proven ability to work alone and use one s initiative Experience of pricing and quotations Site installation experience Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office BSc Technical Degree or Technical Higher National Certificate or equivalent work experience A valid UK Driving Licence An ability to secure sales Basic understanding of electronic measuring and maths Basic Health & safety knowledge Up-to-date knowledge of British and European standards and regulations for sauna installations The ability to establish new sales leads and suppliers Identify new opportunities for growth Outstanding customer service and inter-personal skills Experience with ArtiCAD CAD software Positive, confident and personable telephone manner Extremely independent, organised, driven, and self-motivated Trustworthy and reliable A high level of English literacy and numeracy is essential A high level of attention to detail, and a good proof-reader Ability to work to strict deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Experience with an ERP / CRM system. Aqualine use Odoo.
