With an in-house warehouse and work shop they service end clients and agencies with state of the art AV equipment and full production management. Working across 100s of events per year – conferences, award ceremonies, experiential, production activations and exhibition build – no two days are ever the same! With a huge variety of large scale projects they work with some well known, global brands across sectors including financial services, fashion, gaming and alcohol.With ambitious growth plans for the future and a fantastic culture, the company are now at an exciting time in their development and there has never been a better time to join!The RoleAs Production Manager you will work closely with high profile and will take the technical lead on the events. Seeing a project through to completion from brief, responsibilities will include;• Managing the full event production process from concept to delivery• Building and maintaining client relationships/accounts• Taking detailed client briefs• Writing proposals and presenting pitches• Preparing quotes and technical specifications• Liaising closely with internal teams• Managing project budgets• Carrying out site visits• Managing the delivery of projects onsiteThe CandidateThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical and production solutions, providing expertise with sound, lighting and AV.
