Our client is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their well-established, UKAS accredited company. In 2014, they experienced a massive company expansion, creating new laboratories and excellent training facilities, therefore increasing their employee capacity. Today, they are a market leading cross compliance consultancy and are on the lookout for highly skilled Asbestos Surveyors/Consultants to join their successful team in the South West.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties across the South West, gathering bulk samples to be sent off for analysis, accurately recording data using PDA’s and generating comprehensive reports.

To be considered for this role you must possess:

• BOHS P402 qualification with a minimum of three years experience in asbestos surveying
• Full UK driving license and be willing to commute across sites
• Excellent working knowledge of the health and safety legislation regarding asbestos
• Good level of IT and numeracy skills
• Flexible working approach to out of hours/weekend work which will be required on occasions
