• Support Legal and HR Teams: Collaborate closely with our Legal and Human Resources departments, assisting in their day-to-day operations.
• Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, both in-person and virtual, ensuring seamless logistics and timely communication.
• Minute-Taking: Attend meetings and record accurate minutes, maintaining a record of key discussions and action items.
• Administrative Skills: Showcase your strong administrative skills in tasks such as document management, data entry, and file organisation.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:
