£23,000 – £26,500 per annum

I am currently recruiting for an administrator to join a growing and fast paced logistics company based in Haywards Heath. This can be an entry level candidate who is looking to gain administration experience or an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills.

Key Duties:

• Ensure successful delivery of shipped parcels
• Liaise with both clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operation
• Liaising with all three warehouses to oversee the transportation
• Managing documentation in relation to distribution ensuring all information is recorded accurately on the system
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Assist with warehouse tasks including lifting where required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages such as Word and Excel
