Administrator We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide support for the project delivery team. Position: Project Administrator Location: Bradley, Huddersfield, Hybrid Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week Salary: £22,049.00 Duration: This is a temporary position until July 27 Benefits: Include 25 days paid holiday (rising to 29 days with service increments) plus 8 bank holiday, Personal Pension Scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan, Online Discount Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Staff Awards Scheme, Company Sick Pay Scheme, Flexible working patterns The Role The Administrator will organise the logistics and administration of delivering projects and contracts within the project delivery team. Responsibilities include: • Collate, update and maintain data and records on systems accurately and in a timely manner. • Provide administrative support for the monitoring of organisational and contractual targets. • Support the wider team with the co-ordination of the project. • Where required, maintain the administration systems and financial records. • Handle and answer incoming calls and emails about projects and contracts. • Support the team to review and update all working processes and procedures for continual improvement. • Maintaining regular contact with programme settings to ensure ongoing support and progression. • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately, timely and within budget constraints, adhering to finance procedures. • Support the department in conducting post-delivery evaluations and assessing impact of delivery, reporting feedback to line manager. About You As an Administrator, you will have experience of administrative work, such as data collation, input, recording and processing within a service or customer focussed environment as part of a team.
