Shift Pattern: 05:30 – 15:00 Mon – Fri 45 hours per week
12 month contract (maternity cover)
Salary: £12 per hour £28,080 per annum
We’re currently looking for an Administrator to join us on a 12 month basis to cover maternity leave in our Brakes Inverness Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can learn and develop your office administration skills. In this role you will link and liaise with the distribution, warehouse and stock teams to ensure effective communication and support. You’ll complete a wide range of office tasks including checking and documents, using paper based systems and software packages. You will produce Excel based charts and tables and assist with quality control of all reports, files and documentation and support ongoing warehouse tasks where required. This is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same !
To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail in order to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively. You’ll enjoy being part of a team of 8 and have good communication skills in order to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You will have some experience in an office based role and have good IT and communication skills. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn.
