Coventry (On Site)
Up to £200 per day
Full Time Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of hardware across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and coordination with field teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliations
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliers
• Supporting import, customs and supplier liaison activities
• Coordinating warehouse and repair technician workloads
• Reporting on stock accuracy and operational KPIs
• Assisting with warehouse process improvements
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch

Requirements

? 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination
? Strong stock control and inventory management experience
? Experience booking and tracking shipments
? Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems
? Excellent organisational and communication skills
? Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
? Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Import/export or customs experience
• Returns, reverse logistics or repair coordination experience
• Experience within technology, electronics or field service environments
