You will be responsible for making sure all maintenance work is planned and completed safely and on time. • Plan and prioritise preventative, reactive and improvement maintenance activities across the site.
• Own the PPM programme, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Lead and develop a team of three Maintenance Technicians, setting clear objectives and priorities.
• Manage performance, attendance, development and training.
• Build effective relationships with Production, Engineering, Facilities and Senior Management.
• Drive initiatives to reduce downtime, improve efficiency and enhance maintenance processes.

Maintenance Team LeaderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Maintenance and engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential
• Previous supervisory, Team Leader or people management experience
• Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications desirable
• Experience with maintenance KPIs and ERP/maintenance management systems desirable
