We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Data Engineer to join a growing data team and support a range of data transformation, reporting, and automation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics, working with technologies such as SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data warehouse solutions.
• Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using effective data modelling and DAX.
• Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Monitor and improve data pipelines, reporting processes, and data quality.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and data solutions.
• Support business process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce technical documentation and assist with resolving data-related issues.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• SQL Server and T-SQL experience.
• Data warehousing and data modelling knowledge.
• Power BI development experience, including DAX.
• Azure Data Factory experience.
• Python for data transformation and automation.
