Stock Controller Administrator – Temp to Perm£12.71-£13.00 per hourMonday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pmTonbridge – Onsite role Immediate start Must drive and live in the UK with RTW

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a friendly and professional office environment on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is critical in supporting accurate cylinder and stock management, ensuring customers, suppliers and the warehouse all receive timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers to chase outstanding cylinders and arrange prompt returns• Working closely with suppliers, checking statements and ensuring all cylinder charges and returns are correctly recorded• Maintaining regular communication with the warehouse team to ensure timely booking-in of returned goods• Coordinating the return of faulty products that fall within warranty, keeping customers informed throughout their claim• Handling general stock management duties as needed• Providing proactive administrative support to the wider procurement function

Skills & Experience Required

• Confident communicator with customers, suppliers, and internal teams• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently• Previous experience in logistics, stock control, or supplier liaison is desirable but not essential• Must drive due to location• Must live in the UK and have the right to work
