Temporary Order Management Representative

We are looking for an experienced Order Management Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.

This is a temporary contract for 12 months. Working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm.

Hybrid work- minimum of 2 days in the office a week.

Salary is £28,671.46

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• This role is noncustomer facing, dealing with computer correspondence for most of the day
• Responsible for assigned customer accounts, this can involve setting up new customers, order entry and modification to escalations.
• Act as the single-point-of-contact, managing the entire order life cycle to ensure orders are processed on time.
• Logistics management responsibilities to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline.
• Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.
• Complete required reports and distribute to relevant departments examples include On-time Delivery report, Daily Arrears Data, Customer Order-board.
