Job Description:

Are you an experienced Maintenance professional looking to take the next step in your career?

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
• Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
