This role, reporting into both Finance & the Operations Manager will play a key part within the Commercial Finance team. This role will be a varied opportunity for someone hands on with the month-end but also commercially astute with the analysis, reporting & business partnering with different areas of the business.

My client is a rapidly growing and market-leading FMCG brand who operate throughout the UK.

Description

• Responsible for monthly logistic reporting and ongoing detailed analysis
• Preparation of monthly working capital KPIs reporting against budget and summary of variances
• Monthly review of stock ageing analysis and open dialog with key stakeholders to manage.
• Provide detailed analysis to the operations of the key business performance drivers and internal reporting trend analysis, and assist in building and developing of profit improvement plans.
• The finance lead for the Budget & Forecast presentation to Directors and Senior Management.
• Collaborate with internal support functions as required to ensure the financial reports are accurate and produced in a timely manner.

Profile

• You must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified with a few years experience in a similar role, ideally within Logistics/Transport.
• You will be working within a fast-paced environment therefore you should be able to effectively plan & prioritise workload whilst ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Strong Excel & systems knowledge.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to work closely with different teams including non finance.
