A Part -time accounts assistant is sort to manage the following for a growing Provence Wine Company – with UK/France/Monaco entities. Manage the entire finance function including the production of the consolidated Management Accounts for 3 Companies Sales Leger Credit Control Purchase Ledger Bank Reconciliations including foreign currency accounts. Accurately record and reconcile the stock held at various locations. Produce VAT returns for the UK company and oversee production of the French/Monaco VAT returns produced by local accountants. Postponed Vat Reverse Charging Imports/Exports & Bonded Warehouse Liaise with local accountants in France and Monaco to ensuring timely submission of information and reconcile local accounts back to finance system. Assist with annual insurance renewals ensuring adequate cover throughout the year. Person Specification Experience of working in SME/startup French Speaker desirable but not essential Organised and self motivated. Sage 50 experience beneficial Part -Time Hours, approx 12 hours a week with potential to grow as business expands. Pro Rata part-time salary offered based on an equivalent full-time salary of 45k-£50K , or an hourly rate, all depending on experience
