PARCEL SORTER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE Location: COLNBROOK (post code: SL3) £12.31 P/H 8-10 HOUR SHIFTS SUNDAY TO FRIDAY EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading logistics and distribution companies based in Colnbrook, who are looking for a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative to join their team. General duties as a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative: Manual handling- sorting parcels Working in a team environment Working in a safe manner Working within a physically demanding environment Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions Have appropriate hand, eye and foot co-ordination to effectively use mechanical handling equipment Working within cargo warehouse receiving inbound cargo and parcels, allocating to the correct warehouse location Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative – About you: Works well in a fast-paced environment that is always changing Works well under pressure Punctual attendance Enjoy responsibilityBenefits of working for Staffing Match as a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative: Weekly pay each Friday paid directly into your bank account. 28 days holiday accrued for full time workers (pro rata for part time staff).
