About The Role
Based at Leicester City’s world class training ground facility, the Executive Housekeeper will assist the Head of Operations with planning, organising and developing the housekeeping operation, ensuring the high standards we expect are maintained at all times.
The Housekeeping team are constantly striving to deliver a world class experience to all its customers and users of our facilities. This role is integral to creating an experience that is beyond expectation.
The successful candidate will Manage the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping department to include a quality driven cleansing regime of all offices, meeting rooms, changing areas, washrooms, toilets, bedrooms, pools, gymnasiums, back of house areas, externals and associated car parks.
You will manage an in-house team of cleaners to develop the housekeeping services and maintain the highest of standards throughout the day, reacting to calls and conducting periodical deep cleans. Through effective leadership, you will encourage your team to create positive inter departmental relationships, meaning an outstanding service is always delivered.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience running a housekeeping team at a high level and have a good understanding of COSHH.
You will have experience of leading a housekeeping department, inspiring your team to perform to an exceptional level, and have a commitment to the personal development of each team member.
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands, creating strong relationships with other leaders to ensure the highest standard is maintained at all times.
You will have a keen eye for detail, be organised and have a proactive approach and the ability to create new ideas and initiatives.
You may be required to work weekends and evening, so a flexible approach is important for this role.
