Xpertise have partnered with a Distribution & Logistics organisation who are looking for a CTO to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain) across the group, and spearhead a digital transformation. More details are below: Role: CTO Location: Kent : Hybrid working available Salary: £(Apply online only)k Benefits: Bonus up to 50%, Pension (3.5% EE, 4.5% ER, scaling upwards with years of service), + list of employee benefits Reporting to: The Group CEO The Role: The CTO is responsible for all IT matters, including security, infrastructure and software, affecting the Group and all members of IT report, either directly or indirectly, to them. The Company: As a result of significant growth over the years, the Group have made the decision to hire a CTO into their leadership team. The key decision that has triggered this C level hire is the desire to implement Dynamics 365 to serve the group as a whole. The Tech Team: There is currently a team of 17 people in the technology team spread across 3 sites. This team is responsible for driving technology for all 850 employees the Group. Must have experiences (non-negotiables): – You will have recently implemented Dynamics 365 – specifically the Finance & Supply Chain modules. – You will have worked within Logistics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Distribution or very similar. Key Attributes of the role: – Ability to manage and bring a small technology team together in the most efficient ways. – Work with the wider business to ensure complete business benefit from new technology solutions (ERP as the first major challenge). – Rounded technology skillset to include security and compliance. – Operate with an outlook on business not pure technology the business needs technology to provide competitive advantage and it will be the CTO s responsibility to advise and guide on these matters.
