Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy, fast-moving team, within a well established, and successful logistics company. Salary is £24,000.

Hours of work will alternate each week, 8:00am – 4:00pm OR 12:00pm – 8:00pm.5 days on 3 days off, rolling Monday through Sunday.

This requires an individual who is organised, has strong communication skills, and can show empathy.

Duties:

• Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and answering queries for customers
• Follow company protocol in resolving all issues
• Collating information for invoices
• Scheduling engineers and service whilst ensuring efficiency
• Admin related tasks
