About the Role

Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader – M&S Simply Food – London St Pancras Station

Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.30 per hour.

• Additional £1.50 four hours worked between 12am and 6am

Please note only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

We have Full Time (30h a week) permanent roles for an immediate start.
As Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader you will work variety of shifts between 11pm and 7am including weekends.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

• Unloading, stocking and safekeeping of the items to ensure quality of products and prevent product damage
• Managing effectively day to day operation of the logistics area
• Complete daily due diligence paperwork
• Manage, motivate, train and continue to develop warehouse/night shift team
• Regularly communicate any issues with the management team
• Monitor flow of the goods and implementation of FIFO (First in-First out)
• Pull, prepare and move stock needed to be replenished on the shop floor
• Display a great product knowledge
• Play a part in ensuring the shop appearance always meets the standards

Requirements for Team Leader:

• Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
